Before we answer why many humans oppose many forms of consensual sex, we need to understand first the meaning of life.

Life has meaning. A class of object is called a living organism if it satisfy 3 properties:

Reproduce. The objects can make duplicates of themselves.
Inherit. The duplicates the objects make share the trait of their creators.
Mutate. The duplicates of the objects vary slightly from the objects. This, after eons will facilitate evolution.

Humans are living organisms. So humans have all those traits.

All living organisms that we see have one common trait. They reproduce well. Humans' nature, which means preferences and capability, are tuned for one goal, maximizing his or her gene pool survival.

Humans, as with most high level species, reproduce by having sex. Some member of the species, usually about half, have plenty of small gametes. Such variants of the species are called the males.

The gametes carry genetic material of the living organism. Those small gametes are then combined with the gametes of the other members of the species. The other variant of the species have much fewer, but much larger gametes. Such variants, called the females, then combine her gametes with the males' gametes to produce offspring.

The nature of all living organism is to maximize the number of copies. In high level organism such as humans, those nature come not only in the form of capability but also in the form of preferences.

In all species that utilizes sex as reproductive methods, the males try to aim for as many females as possible. Why? Because males that spread their gametes to more females produce more offspring. Hence, males with that kind of preference soon dominate the gene pool.

The females do not improve their gene pool survival by aiming for many males. The females aim for a high quality male.

What is a high quality male vary from species to species. For peacock, it's the tail. For lion is the fighting capability. For human males' it's money and brain.

Why high order species have sex? It turns out sex give evolutionary advantage over simple cellular division. The highest quality males spread their genes to as many females as possible. Hence, the genetic material that's most fit to survive in the gene pool spread more quickly.

Sexual selection is also a more humane' way to evolve. Without sexual selection, the only way some members of the species go out of the gene pool will be through starvation, being killed, etc. With sexual selection, no humans need to starve for humans genetic quality to improve.

Women pick males with the best genes to mate and humans genetic quality will improve victimless and consensually. No trick. No ghetto, no gas chambers, no genocide, no non-victimless or in consensual act is necessary.

Let's examine an analogy. What are the best products? There is obviously some objective part of what's constitute the best product. However, there are also subjective part of the issue. Buyers of a product do not just buy or pay more for better product. The buyers buy or pay more for products they believe are better. Hence, in a sense, the better products are products that have higher perceived value. Products that are indeed better will have easier time to have higher perceived value. However, that's not the only rule.

The same way, what are the best genes? I'd like to presume that I don't know for many reasons. Most women in the world would objectively associate that with many important capabilities. A self made billionaire for example, show that he is able to be a billionaire. A movie star, a math champion, a mountain climber, is in a sense, "superior" too.

So not to offend many people, I like to use the term over represented in the gene pool rather than inferior to describe people with no capability to create wealth despite having reasonable chance to do so. A beggar, for example, is over represented in the gene pool. Bill Gates is under represented.

Free market value the rare. A floor mop-per will earn more than a programmer when there are so few people that can mop floor and too many people that can do programming. When no body is under or over represented disparity of wealth will diminish. We'll get true equality through less government and more freedom rather than the other way around.

Moreover, much of the meaning of "superior" is subjective. Women pick genes based on males' perceived superiority rather than real superiority. So a male, that's currently are surviving well in the gene pool, always try to show that he has the best genes.

In short, males tend to embrace beliefs that those who are similar to them are superior. Such preferences are called ego.

Men are not equal. I, for example, have many weaknesses too and many other males have many traits that's obviously superior than I am. Many humans, with much lower IQ than I am, can honestly and productively make way more money than I am.

What happen when a male is not capable at achieving something? Say a male is not good in his Math class or not good at making money, or can't run fast enough, etc.

There are two things a male can do.

A male with confidence tend to act positively. In my case, I just believe I am superior. If some people make more money than I am honestly and productively, I wouldn't blame anyone for thinking that he is superior than I am. I simply try to be better than him.

Those are vague terms like dignity, un-falsifiable ideas like spirituality and God, to the pretext of protecting women.

You see, why I oppose gas chambers and in-consensual genocide? Just like the correct beliefs do not need protection from censorships and good products do not need protection from tariff, good genes do not need help from violent in-consensual protection.

Under free speech, correct opinion will eventually be believed. Under free trades the best products will eventually proliferate the market. Under free sex the best genes will automatically proliferate the earth.

Now, after all this, I'll make a hypothesis.

I believe, the real reason why governments prohibit many consensual sex is not to protect women or children. I believe the real reason why such acts are prohibited are to ration females to inferior poor dumb males.

That's why many such "protections" prohibits act that encourage alternatives to legally binding life long monogamous marriage.

This will explain our paradoxes.

Humans maximize selfish profit. Mutually consensual acts are therefore mutually beneficial. Though not impossible, it is highly unlikely anyone's interest can be protected by prohibition of consensual acts. In particular, my interests are protected mainly by my choices, not reduction of it.	The prohibition is never meant to protect women. It's there to ration females to less desirable males against her interest and consent. So yes, women, in the process of maximizing her selfish profit would often agree to share a rich smart males, make a lot of money in porn, etc. Of course such acts are mutually beneficial. However, by doing so, she didn't choose the poor dumb males. Poorer dumber males then want to greedily get more women by prohibiting such consensual acts.
There are many acts that are obviously far more dangerous than the consensual acts. However, those more dangerous acts are practically tolerated or punished lightly.	Humans are selfish. That includes the unattractive.. If some child, especially potentially better competitors, got beaten up, who care? If some child got killed, who care? If some women get beaten up by her husband, who care? If a woman do not maximize the amount of money she get from her sexual service, who care? If kids are being born to poverty, who care? However, if kids grow into adulthood with exposure to enlightening information, or if a woman selfishly choose her interests, they may not maximize the interest of those with less to offer. Now, that's something un-attractive people care a lot.
Acts that governments claim to be dangerous are acts that are, understandably, not only not dangerous, but good. Those are acts that provide pleasure, life satisfaction, and gene pool survival.	Those acts are never prohibited for the benefit of the consensual parties. Those acts are prohibited to make the parties choose the alternative acts that benefit some third parties, namely less attractive humans.

This hypothesis is falsifiable. For example, we can predict that those who oppose consensual sex are usually sexually unattractive.
