There is no end with the plight of poverty and failures.

All my life I was told that poor people are less fortunate. All my life I was told that government need to get involved in economy to help those that slip through the crack.

In a sense, I don't think it's fair. But then, humanitarian side of us say, why not. They need the money to live, eat, and shelter. Even though it's unfair and unmeritocratic it's humane. So I sort of agreed with it.

Then I found out my tax bill. I owed more tax than the amount I spend for my own luxury. I wonder. So, assuming that all of my tax goes to welfare or implicit welfare, then those welfare recipients must have lived a more extravagant live than I am. Why haven't they build an empire already.

Of course, we need to take into account that the ratio between welfare recipients and tax payers are not the same. Also, not all of the tax goes to welfare. Many goes to what's reasonably expected from government, such as tanks and warheads.

Then I saw an argument that welfare recipients actually need more money than I am. That's because I am single. Things start getting fishy here. If that person cannot afford himself, well, what's done is done. It's too cruel to kill him/her. However, why do they make kids? with my money?

But then, people says that the right to reproduce shouldn't be denied. I move on. Things just puzzle me. If the right to reproduce shouldn't be denied, why there are so many laws regulating consensual sex and reproduction? Why are there laws prohibiting prostitution? Why those that are involve in it can't just customize all they want.

Why child support is proportional with men's wealth? Why can't a man make an agreement to a woman and say, look, I am a billionaire. I want to make kids with you, but I only want to spend $10,000.00 a month. That act is relatively victimless. I mean, it's obviously more victimless than poor males making kids born to poverty.

After a lot of learning, I conclude that all those are done to ration females to the majority of poorer males.

Wait a minute. It's one thing to ration money for food and shelter. Rationing females? Rationing human beings? Don't those females have choices?

It doesn't stop there. I used to hate welfare as the ultimate form of violation against meritocracy. The truth is, explicit, welfare program is relatively cheap. It costs a mere $600 to take care a bachelor globally. If welfare recipients receive $10,000.00 per year most of the money's actually go to implicit welfare.

So most of this welfare do not go to provide basic shelter and food that we thought. Those are there to maintain the illusion of capability for the less capable males.

Say you're a multi millionares, some males will pretend that they are productive to attract females, with your money. The only thing great about those males is their capability to rob your money. They'll produce kids that'll use their voting power to tax your kids? How do you like that?

That's when I found out the true extend of dictatorship by the majority. Now, true dictators doesn't look so bad anymore.
