Norms and laws regulating consensual sex, effectively "ration" females to poor males. Eliminate those laws, and we'll improve humans living standard. Most of what we know about what women want are made by the majority of less desirable males. The truth is, if all consensual sex are allowed, most females will choose to share the richest, best and brightest, superior alpha males cocks.
